About BacHelper

BacHelper is an educational app designed to help Tunisian Baccalaureate students organize their studies, manage lessons and reminders, use Pomodoro sessions, access educational videos and exam materials, and optionally participate in a student community.

BacHelper is provided for educational and revision purposes only. It is not an official government, school, or examination authority.

Eligibility

You may use BacHelper as a guest or by signing in with Google.

The community section requires Google sign-in. If you are under the legal age required in your country to use online community features or to consent to data processing, you must use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts

You are responsible for the activity associated with your account. You must not:

• Use another person's account without permission.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use misleading names, profile information, or images.
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions, bans, or moderation actions.

We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Community Rules

The BacHelper community is intended for respectful study discussions, educational help, exam preparation, and sharing useful learning resources.

You agree not to post, upload, comment, reply, or share content that includes:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks.
• Sexual, adult, violent, shocking, or graphic content.
• Content encouraging self-harm, illegal activity, cheating, fraud, or unsafe behavior.
• Spam, scams, phishing, misleading links, or repeated low-quality posts.
• Personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses, passwords, private messages, identity documents, or sensitive information.
• Copyrighted material that you do not have the right to share.
• Malware, harmful files, or attempts to disrupt the App.
• Political, religious, or off-topic conflict that disrupts the educational purpose of the community.
• Content that targets, exploits, or endangers minors.

We may remove content or restrict access when we believe content violates these rules, Google Play policies, applicable law, or the safety of users.

User-Generated Content

You remain responsible for the posts, comments, replies, images, and other content you submit.

By posting content in BacHelper, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the App and its community features.

You confirm that:

• You own your content or have permission to share it.
• Your content does not violate the rights of others.
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

Community content may be visible to other users depending on your selected audience, study division, and the App's community settings.

Images and Media

If you upload images, you must ensure they are appropriate for an educational community and that you have the right to share them.

Do not upload:

• Private photos of other people without consent.
• Images containing personal information.
• Exam leaks, illegal copies, or copyrighted materials without authorization.
• Explicit, violent, hateful, or unsafe imagery.

We may limit the number of uploaded images, remove images, or disable uploads to prevent abuse.

Reports, Moderation, Warnings, and Bans

Users may report posts that they believe violate these Terms.

BacHelper may use moderation tools including:

• Content removal.
• Warnings.
• Temporary or permanent bans.
• Restricting access to community features.
• Hiding or disabling the community section when needed.

Moderation decisions are made to protect users and maintain the educational purpose of the App. Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or account deletion.

Educational Content and Third-Party Materials

BacHelper may provide access to educational videos, exams, PDFs, links, and learning resources from third-party sources such as YouTube or public educational websites.

We do not claim ownership of third-party materials unless explicitly stated. These materials are provided for learning and revision purposes.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

We try to provide useful educational tools and resources, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Ads and Third-Party Services

BacHelper may display advertisements through Google AdMob and may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, YouTube, and Google Play services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You must not attempt to manipulate ads, generate invalid traffic, abuse rewarded ads, or interfere with ad systems.

Prohibited Technical Activity

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, attack, or disrupt the App or its services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Firebase, user accounts, moderation tools, or App data.
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or scraping to abuse the App.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Circumvent security rules, bans, limits, or technical restrictions.

Account Deletion

Signed-in users can request account deletion from inside the App through:

Account deletion may remove your profile, posts, uploaded images, comments, replies, follows, and related account data, subject to technical, legal, and moderation limitations.

Privacy

Your use of BacHelper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, shared, and deleted.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App, especially before signing in or using community features.

Service Availability

We may update, change, suspend, disable, or discontinue parts of the App, including the community section, at any time for maintenance, safety, policy compliance, abuse prevention, or other operational reasons.

We are not responsible for loss of local data caused by device issues, app deletion, clearing app data, platform changes, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or community features if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, harm other users, or create legal or safety risks.

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account if you signed in with Google.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App changes or when legal, platform, or Google Play requirements change.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
